It won't be long now...

mom left me sitting on my blanket and when she came back....

So Sad...

I have not felt very well the past 2 weeks. Mom felt sorry for me and was trying to get more sympathy for me...look at my poor little eyes... You can't tell from these pictures but my nose is red from mom wiping it all the time.

Another Cold, Icy Day

which means I was in my pajamas until noon! This is not something that mom does very often so it was fun! Plus, pajamas are so much warmer and more comfortable than big boy clothes!

Dad came home for lunch for a quick nap (that turned into a long nap!)...do you think he was cold??

Don't worry I was as quiet as a 6 month old can be...I just did a little singing, whining, and banging of the cup on my tray....the things all good little boys do when they are supposed to be quiet! This also would not be one of the most ornery faces you have seen!

I Can Do It!!

I can put it in my mouth and let go all on my own!! If I could only find it in the night things would be perfect!

What's wrong with

this crazy phone? I keep trying to use it but I am only hearing this rattling sound. I am no electrician but I can tell you I got ripped off on this phone sale! Soon, I will be able to take my hammer and get to the middle of this!

Lessons in Laundry

So pay attention. This is how it goes.

Water and soap come through these holes and wash my clothes. Got it?

Good! Cause I don't like wearing stinky clothes!

Little Birdies and Giraffes

This is how mom found me this morning when she came to get me out of bed. Just kidding! We were playing with my friend in the mirror and watching the mobile. I love my mobile...pretty sure I could lay and watch it for hours (I would need someone there to wind it every few minutes though...any volunteers??!!).

Turtles, Anyone?

I have told you that mom is making my food. However, she somehow can't catch the obvious hint here. I WANT SOME TURTLE!!! And maybe a little duck on the side would be okay.

One cube, or two?

Mom and Aunt Mary worked hard on Saturday morning to restock the freezer. I now have carrots, green beans (current favorite), butternut squash, blueberries, pears and peaches (the other current favorite!).
I love eating real food!
I can get to these peaches if I can just bite this corner off!

Scary Faces

Today I was in my Jumperoo and started making faces at mom and Aunt Mary.

First: Open mouth really big
Second: Make a scary face (this is as close a pic as they could get...they were laughing too hard!)
Third: Smile because you know you are funny!

Just a Swingin'

Papaw bought this swing for the grandkids and I made daddy hang it on the swing set...ok, so maybe mom told him to, but all the same, I get to swing on it! It was so windy and sunny today that it was hard to keep my eyes open!

Dress Up

is not just for girls. It should be, but it isn't! Mom was trying to pick out some clothes for me to take my 6 month pictures in. She wasn't satisfied with just picking some out...she made me try them on and then made me take pictures in them just to see how they would look! She is crazy I tell you!! So if I decide not to cooperate at the photographer's, she will just have to use these! Oh, and for the winning outfit...you will just have to wait and see!!!
