Garage Sale Items are Awesome!

Britten's Honey found some great things for me at a garage sale recently! She is also the one that got me The Tractor that I love so much. Mom and I went over and picked the stuff up last week and I have had a great time with all of it. Mom did say she might have to put the gator golf (I've been practicing Poppy!) up because I am a 'little' rough with the clubs. I love to push this bull dozer all over the house and if you listen closely, you can hear me saying "vroom, vroom"!

Saturday at Mimi and Papaw's

Mimi was feeding Reese and I thought that I should have some of her attention too!
I kept climbing in the walkerand then getting stuck backwards!
Baby Reese was there for me to play with. I don't know how much she liked "playing" with me but I sure had fun with her! See, here is her ear!
If you tell me to 'be sweet', I will lean my head against yours. Here I am 'being sweet' to Reese!
I had lots of fun rocking myself in the chair and I only fell out a few times!
Here is Papaw in "the chair". He has to sit in here everyday to work his shoulder since he had his surgery.

Cabinets

are almost all hung!!! However, they are a huge, and I mean huge, mess. If you remember this, well, the time has come to grind the high spots. The concrete guys were supposed to do this last Friday, the day BEFORE mom's cabinets came out of boxes and got screwed to the walls! The guys obviously didn't make it until over half the cabinets were hung and now there is a huge mess. Mom spent several hours today trying to clean and eventually giving up. She said that she would vacuum the baseboards, doors, wall, and cabinets, then she would clean the cabinets which then led to more stuff hitting the floors, which meant needing to vacuum again, which once again led to needing to clean the cabinets from the dust coming out of the shop vac! Vicious, vicious cycle. So she called Papaw, asked his advice, then gave up for the day! So here are some pictures of the cabinets in a much lighter, dustier color than they really are!
This is looking out of mom and dad's room at dad's "mud closet". No, he doesn't get a room so he said that he wasn't putting any doors on it. Mom doesn't think this is going to be a good thing as she is a little OCD and likes things picked up all the time and dad, well, not so much!

Islands of Adventure

I didn't get to go to the theme parks but mom and dad said they had lots and lots of fun. They only got a few pictures though with mom's camera so we will have to wait until Aunt Mary sends us her pics.
